Dr. Atabong & Sachiko did not build NestQuest Care from a business plan. They built it from Thirty Six combined years of clinical experience — from emergency rooms, hospital floors, and the countless conversations they’ve had with families trying to figure out what comes next after a diagnosis, a fall, or a discharge. They watched families choose home care agencies based on whoever answered the phone first. They watched patients return to the hospital because their home care was insufficient. She watched family caregivers burn out because there was no one to call when things got hard. They founded NestQuest Care to be the answer to every one of those failures. As a Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner & Medical Doctor, their background brings a rare clinical perspective to home care administration. Every care plan at NestQuest is reviewed under their oversight. Every caregiver is trained to standards they set themselves. Every family receives their direct contact information — because they believe that access to the founder should not be a premium. NestQuest Care is licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HCSSA License #024965) and operates from Midlothian, Texas, serving families across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
